Why I’m unable to open the fund withdrawal page?

  • Your account verification is still in the process of verification. 
  • Withdrawal requests can only be done once your account is verified.

How to get to and do the withdrawal from the my account?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You get to made your withdrawal via your account cabinet (https://secure.ikofx.com/cabinet) and made your withdrawal over there.

Select "Fund Withdrawal" on the upper left panel and select your preferred witdhrawal method, all the respective instructions will be shown over there.
