How do I change my cabinet password?

  • To obtain a new login password/pin number, please write an email to support@ikofx.com 
  • Including your full name, trading account number and stating your intention of requesting for a new password/pin number.
  •  A new password/pin number will be sent to you shortly right after our support department receive your email, please check your inbox as well as spam mail folder for it.

Dear Sir / Madam,

All passwords & pin can be reset via IKOFX Live Chat or emailing. However we would require you to login via your registered email (which is your login username). Should you need to change your registered email you will need to submit verified (by lawyer, or commissioner of oath) of your government issued ID / Passport and driving license.
