I have forgotten my Cabinet Account Password?

To obtain a new login password/pin number

  • Please write an email to support@ikofx.com Including your full name, trading account number
  • Stating your intention of requesting for a new password/pin number. 
  • A new password/pin number will be sent to you shortly right after our support department receive your email
  • Please check your inbox as well as spam mail folder for it.

Thank you for commenting, you can get immediate password / pin reset via IKOFX Live Chat. There is no need of writting email for such request unless you needed to have your account email to be updated.
