I have forgotten my Trading account password?

Below are the steps to change trading account password (in platform) :

  • Go to Tools
  • Options
  • Choose ‘Server’ page
  • Click ‘Change Button’
  •  Key in your current password & new password
  •  Click ‘OK’

* You are unable to do this if you don't have current password
