How do I verify my account / why my account is not verify?

  • 2 documents must be uploaded for account verification
  • A copy of ID proof and address proof.  

         Example:- 1. Proof of ID, ie:- National ID card or Passport.
                         2. Proof of Address, ie :- Bank statement, Utility bil statements (water bil, electric bil or phone bil) or Driver's license.

  • The name and Id No. shown on the document for proof of identity must be consistent to the details registered in cabinet and as for proof of address the name and address must be consistent to the details registered in cabinet.
